20150421-Luftbildflug Dortmund Big Tipi | 21.04.2015 in Dortmund (North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany) Big Tipi - das größte Indianerzelt der Welt - war eine in Dortmund erdachte Attraktion der Expo 2000 in Hannover. Nach Abschluss der Weltausstellung hat das Big Tipi als Kletter- und Eventzentrum für Junge und Junggebliebene im Dortmunder Fredenbaumpark seine dauerhafte Heimat gefunden. Big Tipi ist mit fast 35 m Höhe, einem Durchmesser von ca. 25 m und einer Grundfläche von über 360 qm überspanntem Raum nicht nur eine architektonische Attraktion, sondern gilt auch als Symbol für innovative Kinder- und Jugendarbeit in Dortmund. Das Zelt bildet inzwischen den Mittelpunkt der Erlebniswelt am Fredenbaum, einer städtischen handlungsorientierten Kinder- und Jugendeinrichtung, in der ein breit gefächertes Programm angeboten wird.
